What you will do is open a no-charge Corporate Account. Designate one person to be responsible for the account. This person is called the Facilitator. One of the duties of the Facilitator is to open a User Account for each student. A Facilitator may also be a student. This means that if a Facilitator also wants to take an online course she or he will also have a User Account because the name in the account is the name that is printed on the certificate.
A Facilitator can:
- Add / Edit user accounts
- Purchase online courses in bulk in quantities that might be eligible for discounts
- Determine learning history and course progress by student or group of students

Remember to create a secure password.
Passwords for both Corporate and User accounts must contain a minimum of 6 characters and include a number. Once complete, you are in control. You will automatically be logged into your Corporate Account from which you can create accounts for your students, purchase as many course credits as you have students, and finally distribute one credit to each student. The system automatically sends each student a welcome message that contains his or her username and password. You can log in as Facilitator whenever you want to add students, purchase more courses, or monitor the progress of a student or groups of students.
